Dr. Gape Kaboyakgosi has over 20 years of experience working as a policy analyst/policy advisor as well as in education administration. As a policy analyst, Dr. Kaboyakgosi had a role in the design, review, and formulation of policies in multiple sectors including anticorruption, transport, waste management, fiscal policy, education, and others. His roles include Vice-Chancellor at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (2018-2021), previously Deputy Vice-Chancellor at ABM University, and Senior Research Fellow at the Botswana Institute for Development Policy Analysis. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Policy from the Australian National University, a master’s degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Botswana. He currently serves in the board of directors of the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority, and the Competition and Consumer Tribunal.
