Contract Sales

The first contracts are expected to be issued by end of September 2025, with a pilot phase launching in Q4 2025 and full implementation scheduled for Q1 2026.

This initiative is designed to provide greater supply security for customers while supporting ODC’s strategic growth. Customers are invited to express their interest in securing an ODC supply contract. Please note that supply contracts will be limited in scope and may not cover all product categories.

Eligibility Criteria

To ensure transparency and alignment with our strategic objectives, only customers who meet the following minimum criteria will be considered:

Customers must have purchased from ODC between January 2024 and July 2025.

Customers must have participated in at least 3 ODC auctions during the same period.
Customers must meet minimum purchasing thresholds by product (details available in the EOI form).
For beneficiation contracts: Customers must operate a manufacturing facility in Botswana that has polished rough diamonds between January 2024 and July 2025.

Note: Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a contract offer.

How to Apply

ODC registered customers will be sent an Expression of Interest (EOI) Form. Only submissions through the official form will be considered valid.

Deadline for EOI submissions: 14 August 2025, 23:59 CAT
Successful applicants notified: September 2025

What to Expect After Submission

Applicants will be contacted regarding:

Selection outcome (whether selected or not)
Proposed product types and contract quantities
Inclusion in the Q4 2025 Pilot Phase (if applicable)
Invitation to discuss next steps with the ODC Sales and Legal teams
